0-100, higher is stronger evidence the property borders public land. It ranks matches; it is not a valuation. Every input is visible in a table column, so you can re-sort on any of them.
| Relationship | bordering +100, within +95, adjacent +70, nearby +35 |
|---|---|
| Distance | up to −20 the farther the boundary sits |
| Public access | Open Access +15, Restricted +5 |
| Unit size | up to +18 for larger protected units (log-scaled) |
| Measured frontage | up to +12 for real shared boundary length; 0 on shared/common land |
| Multiple units | +3 for each additional distinct unit bordered, up to +9 |
| Confidence | high +6, medium +2 |
| Estimated border | up to −30 if the match rests on a lot-size guess rather than a real parcel |
Scale: 100 is a single-unit match with every quality bonus (open access, large unit, measured frontage, high confidence). A property that touches more than one distinct protected unit can score slightly above 100 — that is a real bonus above the single-unit ceiling, kept visible so it wins the sort.
